Our fifth annual Mahat Meditation retreat

We have just completed our fifth annual Mahat Meditation retreat in the mountains of Chiang Mai. This year we had participants from Australia, North America and Europe and what a great gift it was to come together as a collective to go deeper within ourselves. Words cannot express the level of sacredness we all experienced in honouring this space.

In the weeks leading up to this retreat new information began to come together for me through stillness and meditation which was then consolidated through research.  It wasn’t until days before we left for retreat that a sequence, now known as Level Four Mahat Meditation came into being. This new sequence and a brief section of theory was shared with this years attendees. The information behind the sequence continues to unfold and will be shared in greater detail in Chiang Mai 2019.

I witnessed a depth of stillness to the group during practice of this sequence that I have never personally seen on such a large scale. More people than at any other retreat shared with me that they were able to reach levels of awareness through this meditation that they have never been able to reach before.  All experiences were unique to the experiencer but there were also striking similarities among the group as the personal stories unfolded. Overall the collective meaning and depth of knowing was clear - there is no separation, there are no boundaries.

I have decades of experience in meditation and working with energy but this sequence and this retreat reaffirmed the strength and sacredness of the energetic anatomy for me. It is never something that I have doubted or taken for granted, it is just that the ability to convey the importance of energy on a larger scale has been a challenge at times. For me personally, this is no longer the case. The results have spoken for themselves.

I feel immense gratitude to the matrix of higher intelligence for the opportunity to receive and share these insights.  The revelation of this particular sequence came through as an understanding of the working relationship between the vortices and the extraordinary vessels.  By knowing which layers of the energy systems to activate in unison we can all choose to experience a conscious return to Self in a single lifetime without suffering.

One beautiful personal truth that was shared with me at retreat came through a man who explained that he has always had difficulty in showing or feeling emotions. He knew that his heart was closed at a certain level and noted that in the retreat space he felt a warmth for his partner within his heart area - something that he had never experienced before. He smiled saying 'this is what it must be like to feel love.'

When we connect with the depth of the self, layers of conditioning can instantly fall away leaving us feeling completely open. At this point we have an opportunity to review and let go of whatever needs to be let go of in an empowered way and we simply become more of who we truly are. In noting the rapid nature of the processing and integration each individual was experiencing at this retreat, it is clear to me that this sequence can only be shared in a retreat setting and not in an urban environment. An understanding, secure, spacious and supportive processing environment is essential for integrating this depth of reconnection with the Self.

I look forward to sharing more on the understanding of the vortices and the extraordinary vessels in Chiang Mai in 2019. I hope you are able to connect/reconnect with the beautiful energy of this years retreat space through these images.
